Payments & refunds
These payment terms apply to paid Bridge plans sold by Maqqa Experience SRL via Stripe Checkout on bridge.maqqa.dev.
Plans
- Free — limited features after any trial ends (when plan limits are enforced).
- Transition — one-time payment for a Transition pass (not a subscription).
- Retainer — subscription billed on the interval shown at Checkout (for example monthly), until you cancel.
Prices and currency are those shown at Checkout (from our Stripe products). We are not VAT-registered at present — amounts charged are without VAT. If that changes, we will update this page and Checkout.
Trial
New accounts may get a free full-access trial (default length set by us, typically seven days). The trial does not require a card. When it ends you remain on Free unless you Checkout or redeem a plan code. We may extend a trial manually for support reasons.
How payment works
Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. After successful payment (and webhook confirmation), your account plan updates. Redeem codes may unlock a plan without Checkout.
Cancellation (Retainer)
Cancel the Stripe subscription from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Access continues through the paid period already charged; we do not promise prorated refunds for unused days unless required by law.
Refunds
- Transition (one-time): generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, or we agree in writing (for example a clear billing error).
- Retainer: charges already collected are generally non-refundable; cancel to stop future renewals.
- Errors / duplicates: contact us promptly — we will fix mistaken double charges.
Soft launch: if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will treat refunds fairly case by case.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
