Who this covers
This page is for bridge.maqqa.dev (accounts, product data, cookies on Bridge). The studio marketing site at maqqa.dev/privacy has a matching policy for that site.
Cookies & optional measurement
Essential: session/security cookies so sign-in and the app work (plus CDN delivery such as Cloudflare).
Optional: if allowed, we record simple first-party events on our own infrastructure (page path, coarse country from the CDN — not message text from your projects). No Google Analytics, ad pixels, or data sales.
In the EU and similar regions we ask before optional measurement (OK vs Essential only). Elsewhere, optional measurement may be on by default; turn it off anytime via Cookies in the footer banner controls.
Account & product data
When you create an account we store what you provide to run Bridge (for example email, password hash, plan/trial flags, and content you enter in Transition / Keep / Expand such as project notes, engagements, and exports you generate). We process that data to provide the service, billing, and support.
Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Local AI (optional)
If AI assist is enabled on the host, prompts may be sent to a local or configured model endpoint to generate suggestions. Do not paste secrets you would not want stored in logs or model context. Soft-launch: treat AI output as drafts, not advice.

For EU residents: you may request access or deletion of personal data we hold about your Bridge account. Write to [email protected].
