Bridge (bridge.maqqa.dev) is operated by Maqqa Experience SRL (Romania). By creating an account or using Bridge you agree to these terms.
What Bridge is
Bridge is a contracting assistant and organiser (paths, materials, Operate tools, optional local AI). It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, or IR35 advice. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.
Your account
- Provide accurate signup details and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for content you upload or generate and for how you use exports.
- Do not abuse the service (scraping at scale, attacking infrastructure, or illegal use).
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or create risk for other users.
Plans, trial, and paid features
New accounts may receive a time-limited full-access trial. After that, Free-tier limits may apply unless you pay or redeem a code. Paid plans and refunds are described in Payments & refunds.
Data
We process account and product data to run Bridge. See Privacy. Payments are handled by Stripe; their terms apply to card processing.
Availability
We aim for steady uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Soft-launch features may change.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Bridge is provided “as is”. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost contracts, or decisions you make using Bridge outputs. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Romanian or EU consumer law where those rights apply.
